AirBorn Appoints Southwest U.S. Sales Manager
ADDISON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Christopher J. White, a 16-year veteran in the high reliability connector industry, has joined AirBorn, a global industry-leading custom interconnect solutions manufacturer, as Southwest U.S. regional sales manager.
Chris, a graduate of the University of Arizona, will be located in Tucson, Arizona. He comes to AirBorn with strong M/83513 and M/55302 type connector experience and strong technical knowledge of various space, defense and medical applications, and will focus on developing the regional military and aerospace markets. The breadth of his experience will lend itself to help build AirBorn’s presence in the Southwest while continuing to support existing customers.
“AirBorn has recognized the need to place factory management support in areas of high business concentration. For that purpose, it seems an ideal fit to have Chris located strategically in the Southwest to help develop and manage key accounts in that region,” said Bob Kuhl, vice president, business development, AirBorn. “It is AirBorn’s intent to continue sales activities in this area with our existing representative organization, Repicon. A team approach toward new business opportunities has served both organizations well and will continue to be our path moving forward.”
AirBorn has provided broad lines of standard and custom high reliability interconnect solutions to the military, defense, aviation, aerospace, satellite, medical, automotive, geophysical and telecommunications markets for more than 50 years. The company is headquartered in Texas, and markets its products through U.S., European and Asian offices, along with a worldwide network of trained and experienced Authorized Distributors.
