6th Annual Project Flow 2009 Conference: “Driving Execution, Driving Results”

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Realization Technologies’ sixth annual customer conference, Project Flow 2009, on September 9 to 11 at San Francisco’s Westin St. Francis Hotel, will emphasize how projects-based companies can increase cash flow. Like previous years’ conferences, Project Flow 2009 will feature presentations on how progressive organizations are executing more projects faster.

In the past, attendees have learned how Von Ardenne increased its revenues by 31 percent and profits by 69 percent, Delta Airlines Tech Ops Group exceeded revenue goals by $42 million, Hewlett Packard Digital Cameras launched 2.5 times more cameras in one year with 25 percent lower R&D expenses, Proctor & Gamble Pharmaceuticals went from five projects completed per quarter to 12 completed, the US Navy submarine maintenance group reduced cost per job by 33 percent and saved $9 million in overtime in the first year, TATA Steel reduced cycle times up to 33 percent saving $13.4 million the first year, and the US Air Force saved $2.3 billion in replacement value of aircraft by accelerating the maintenance, repair and overhaul of C17 aircraft, among others.

“The best way for projects-based businesses to tackle the downturn and be primed for increased growth in the future is to accelerate project completions,” emphasizes Sanjeev Gupta, Realization Technologies CEO. “Delivering current projects on time (or faster), companies put more money in the bank sooner and can respond aggressively to customer needs when the upturn happens.”

In addition to workshops, speakers will include Patrick Lencioni, acclaimed author of books like The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and The Four Obsessions of an Extraordinary Executive. Throughout the conference, participants will be encouraged to network and share ideas.
