Quality Products, Inc. Announces Payment of a Special Dividend to Shareholders

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quality Products, Inc. (Pink Sheets: QPDC) today announced its board of directors approved a special one-time dividend of $0.15 per share, or approximately $540,000. The special dividend will be payable on June 30, 2009, to shareholders of record on June 15, 2009 and the Company will use existing cash to pay this dividend.
