Frontier Airlines Wins First Emmy Award
Dépèche transmise le 28 juillet 2009 par Business Wire
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Frontier Airline’s favorite “spokesanimals” cleverly explain why you won’t find a cow on the tail of a Frontier plane in the Company’s first Emmy-winning television spot. “It would be creepy,” Larry the Lynx so bluntly sums it up before taking a moment of silence for the cows. The Denver-based carrier debuted its Leather Seats spot in May 2008 to announce its transition to new leather seats on its entire fleet of Airbus aircraft.
“Frontier’s spokesanimals are such a significant part of this airline,” said Director of Advertising Diane Willmann. “We couldn’t be happier to have received this award recognizing their importance to our brand and their ability to share news with our customers in an engaging and entertaining way.”
Frontier celebrates this win with its creative agency, Grey NYC. The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences presented Frontier with the Heartland Regional Emmy on July 18, during a ceremony in Glendale, Colo.
