Transplace Appoints Steve Robinson as Senior Vice President of Operations

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Transplace, a leading provider of transportation management services and logistics technology solutions, today announced the appointment of Steve Robinson as the company’s senior vice president of operations. The appointment of Mr. Robinson with his extensive credentials and experience, further exemplifies the company’s serious focus to continuously develop and refine key transportation innovations that integrate to broader supply chain efficiencies for Transplace customers.
With more than a decade of executive experience, Mr. Robinson has held various positions at Wal-Mart, including vice president of Global Logistics and vice president of Supply Chain management. He has also served as president and CEO of Air Road Express. He’s worked extensively with manufacturers while as executive vice president of Product Marketing for i2 and now joins Transplace from One Network Enterprises, a supply chain solution provider, where he served as executive vice president, Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods Division.
