DialAFlight Launch New Revolutionary "I've Stayed at Your Hotel" Tool
Dépèche transmise le 30 octobre 2009 par PRNewswire
LONDON, October 30 /PRNewswire/ -- DialAFlight has gone live with a unique tool designed to help customers get personal recommendations for hotels from the company's employees.
The revolutionary 'I've stayed at your hotel' software is the first of its kind. According to a DialAFlight spokesman, "no other travel site has this software, with which you can speak to an agent that has stayed at the hotel on the page."
The software can be found on the 'Hotels' section of the DialAFlight website. Click on a city, and a choice of hotels will appear, some with the 'I've stayed here' icon attached. Users simply hover over the hotel to see contact information for a customer service agent at the call centre, whom they can call directly to get a personal review.
The move comes as budget airlines face criticism for inflated hidden charges and poor customer service. One online reviewer praised DialAFlight's customer-focussed approach: "I have been using DialAFlight for a while now, and I have to say that their service is absolutely impeccable. The staff will do their utmost to help you along the booking process, and if the call begins to become lengthy, they will call you back within the time that they state".
