Triumph Group Announces New President of Triumph Aerostructures-Vought Integrated Programs Division

WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE:TGI) today announced that Jeffrey L. McRae has been named President of Triumph Aerostructures-Vought Integrated Programs Division reporting to Jeffrey D. Frisby, Triumph’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. McRae had been Vice President-Business Operations of Vought Aircraft Industries, In c. at the time of its acquisition by Triumph in June 2010 and has been serving as Chief Financial Officer of Triumph’s new company, Triumph Aerostructures-Vought Aircraft Division, since the acquisition. Mr. McRae succeeds Dennis Orzel, who will be leaving the company to accept a new opportunity.

Mr. McRae joined Vought Aircraft Industries in 2007. Prior to joining Vought, Mr. McRae served as acting President, General Manager and Division Controller for United Defense’s Armament Systems Division. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for United Defense’s joint venture in Turkey and Saudi Arabia.

Mr. McRae’s appointment is effective January 10, 2011.
