Air Services Opens State-of-the-Art Composite and Accessory Facility
CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Air Services, a division of Constant Aviation specializing in commercial aircraft maintenance headquartered at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, announced the opening of their new 15,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility featuring a full range of capabilities for the repair and overhaul of all sheet metal and bonded component on both commercial and corporate aircraft.
“The opening of this new facility brings an added depth to the service capabilities we have to offer our customers. The composite and accessory shop will have the capabilities to support a variety of components including airframe flight controls, thrust reversers, wing and skin panes, structural and non-structural sub-assemblies, doors, fairings, and interior reveals and covers. This continues to be an exciting time for our organization. During times when other businesses have been cutting back, our company has continued to grow our core capabilities as well as expand our services offered to other divisions,” said Stephen Maiden, President of Air Services.
The new facility will offer a full range of capabilities repairing composite materials including honeycomb, fiberglass, graphite, carbon, and hybrids of all these materials.
