GSI Technology Announces Military Temperature SRAM Catalog
SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GSI Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIT) today announced the introduction of a broad family of military temperature range SRAM products for immediate customer evaluation.

GSI’s “M” temperature range product catalog includes SyncBurst™, NBT™, SigmaQuad™ and SigmaDDR™ Double Data Rate Fast SRAMs with sizes from 9Mbit to 144Mbit. All GSI military temperature range products provide fully compliant IEEE 1149.1 JTAG for in-system debugging. In addition, several new GSI SRAMs offer on-chip error detection and correction (ECC) for applications requiring very high data integrity.
