GUADALAJARA, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) informs that on April 25, 2011, a consortium formed by the Company and Grupo México, S.A.B. de C.V. presented a proposal to the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (“SCT”) to participate in the bid for the Riviera Maya Airport project.
In the case of being awarded the concession, GAP will contribute its experience in the operation and management of airports through a technical assistance contract with the concessionary company.
