McGladrey Capital Markets Leads Negotiations as Inverness Graham Investments Recapitalizes Nobles Manufacturing
COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inverness Graham Investments, a lower middle market private equity firm based in Philadelphia, has recapitalized Nobles Manufacturing. Nobles Manufacturing designs and manufactures proprietary advanced metal and composite ammunition delivery system consumables for the United States military.

McGladrey Capital Markets initiated the transaction, sourced the buyer, led the negotiations, and acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Nobles Manufacturing. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
