PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today showcased its new Baltimore/Washington, D.C., Solution Center in Hanover, MD, with educational sessions, plant tours and product demonstrations for visiting federal officials and business leaders. The attendees, from the Baltimore/Washington corridor, had a first look at Eaton’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) certified facility and learned about Eaton’s capabilities in energy efficiency and facilities management, safety, power reliability, and electronic and motor control equipment protection.

Seminars held throughout the day focused on power quality topics relevant to business leaders and government users. The presentations featured customer success stories aimed at meeting the mission-critical needs of corporations and the U.S. government including safety, energy efficiency, modernization and reliability. A product showcase featured low-amp busway, renovation products, energy-efficient transformers, solar products, electric vehicle charging stations, and breaker modifications. Eaton’s Power Distribution Control Assemblies Solutions Trailer was also on site for tours.
