Fraport Annual General Meeting on June 1 in Frankfurt-Höchst

Fraport AG will be welcoming shareholders to the company's 10th regular Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, June 1, at the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Höchst. The AGM begins at 10:00 in the morning, with admission starting at 09:00.

Dr. Stefan Schulte, Fraport's executive board chairman, will present the company's fiscal 2010 results and talk about 2011 developments to date. This will be followed by a general discussion. The AGM will be headed by Karlheinz Weimar, Fraport AG's supervisory board chairman and former finance minister of the German federal state of Hesse.

A shuttle-bus service will operate on June 1 starting at 08:45 a.m. between Höchst train station and the Jahrhunderthalle (). The AGM admission card also serves as a valid ticket for using the RMV Rhine-Main Regional Transit Authority () and the shuttle bus.
