Verify Offers Expanded Service Product – American Welding Society – Certified Welding Inspector Support
IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Verify, Inc., a global provider of supplier quality, supply chain management, and technical support services, has expanded its capability to provide American Welding Society – Certified Welding Inspector (AWS-CWI) support on critical supplier audit initiatives. Utilizing on-demand technical resources local to suppliers, Verify has successfully supplemented multiple customer programs with AWS-CWI support.
When Verify customers had urgent needs to augment their own CWI teams, Verify provided AWS-CWI resources with advanced skills in aerospace surgical steel and aluminum fusion welding inspection and in process assembly. Due to the critical nature of the end product, the AWS-CWIs performed inch-by-inch weld inspection and in process audits of under-performing suppliers.
According to Steven Arendt, Regional Manager, Central Regional Office for Verify, “Our customers and their suppliers are pleased with the AWS-CWI team’s exceptional performance. The AWS-CWIs were able to work with our customers’ quality organization to dramatically improve their supplier’s product and subsequent quality scores. Understanding that supplier performance greatly affects production and our customer’s bottom line, Verify is pleased to offer this expanded service product.”
