Bradley Jacobs to Speak at Dahlman Rose Global Transportation Conference

SAINT JOSEPH, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Express-1 Expedited Solutions, Inc. (NYSE Amex: XPO) today announced that Bradley Jacobs will speak at the Fourth Annual Dahlman Rose & Co. Global Transportation Conference at the Omni Berkshire Hotel in New York City on Thursday, September 8, 2011. Jacobs will participate in a panel discussion on transportation logistics at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Jacobs is expected to become chairman of Express-1 Expedited Solutions, Inc. following the closing of the proposed equity investment in the Company led by Jacobs Private Equity, LLC, subject to receipt of necessary stockholder approvals and satisfaction of the other closing conditions. Jacobs will also become chief executive officer following the closing.
