- Earnings Release: October 24, 2011 after close of market by public distribution and the Crane Co. website at www.craneco.com.
- Teleconference: October 25, 2011 at 10:00 AM (Eastern) hosted by Eric C. Fast, President & CEO, Andrew L. Krawitt, Vice President, Principal Financial Officer and Richard E.
