GUADALAJARA, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announced that at the Company’s Board of Directors meeting held on September 22, 2011, the Board appointed Carlos Cárdenas Guzmán, CPA, as a provisional member of the Board of Directors.

In addition, Carlos Cárdenas Guzmán, CPA, was appointed as a member of the Audit and Corporate Practices Committee in substitution of José Alejandro Casas González, Esq. The Audit and Corporate Practices Committee is comprised of Mssrs. Jaime Cortés Rocha, Carlos Bravo Almenar and Carlos Cárdenas Guzmán.
