MISUMI Unveils Double Speed Chains and Sprockets in Matched Sets, Offering a Complete Solution for Assembly of Free Flow Conveyors
SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MISUMI USA, Inc., a subsidiary of MISUMI Corporation, part of MISUMI Group, Inc. (Tokyo: 9962), has unveiled a complete line of Double Speed Chains and Sprockets, which can be used to assemble and install free flow conveyor lines in industrial settings. Also included in the matched product line are Extruded Aluminum Frames and Return Guides for the Double Speed Chains. Free flow conveyors are used to transport parts, work pieces or finished goods from area to area within manufacturing, processing and assembly plants.
MISUMI’s new Double Speed Chains and Sprockets product line-up includes:
- Double Speed Chains (WCHE) featuring a mixed construction of small and large diameter roller wheels, which allows conveyed items to move along at 2.5 times the speed of the actual chain speed. The chains are ruggedly constructed of carbon steel plates and engineered plastic rollers to provide durability and long service life. They are available in a range of sizes and configurations to accommodate user requirements.
- Sprockets for Double Speed Chains (WESP) are equally durable, offering 1045 carbon steel construction, precisely machined teeth, and shaft bore specification options.
- Extruded Aluminum Frames (WCF) and Return Guides (RNG) are available to complete the matched conveyor belt assembly package. The frames are made of 6063-TS Aluminum Alloy with a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) top cover.
The Double Speed Chains, Sprockets, Frames and Return Guides all ship in 6 days. A complete guide to product sizes, specifications and pricing can be found in MISUMI’s 2011 Catalog and eCatalog.
