GUADALAJARA, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) informed the following:

1- As of November 17th, GAP’s Mexican counsel has informed the Company that a Federal Judge in the city of Guadalajara, has issued resolutions instructing Civil Judge 63 of the Federal District of Mexico City to not hold the shareholder meeting that was scheduled by judicial order to take place on November 22, 2011.

2- In addition, the Company has learned that a federal judge in Mexico City instructed Civil Judge 63, via two judicial mandates, to order that the abovementioned shareholder meeting should not take place until certain other pending legal proceedings are resolved.

As a result, Civil Judge 63 of the Federal District of Mexico City has ordered that the shareholders meeting scheduled for November 22, 2011 be cancelled.

3- On November 17th, GAP was summoned to a judicial proceeding, in which preliminary orders were issued, which among other things:

        a)   Prohibit the holding of this meeting;
b) Prohibit the removal of the members of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee;
c) Require the Company’s by-laws be respected; and
d) Require publication of an edict cancelling the call for the shareholder meeting previously called for November 22, 2011 by court order.

4- As a result of the foregoing, the shareholder meeting previously called for November 22, 2011 will not take place.

5- Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico, S.A.B. de C.V. confirms that its governance organs have always been in effect and have acted according to law and the Company’s by-laws.
