Park Electrochemical Corp. Announces Introduction of Its New N4800-20 and N4800-20 SI® High-Speed Digital Electronic Material Products

MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE: PKE) announced the introduction of N4800-20 and N4800-20 SI®, Park’s new high-speed digital electronic material products. N4800-20 and N4800-20 SI are available globally in both prepreg and laminate forms.

N4800-20 and N4800-20 SI are thermally robust, digital electronic materials with enhanced electrical properties. N4800-20 and N4800-20 SI are designed for use in sequential lamination and high layer count printed circuit board designs. N4800-20 and N4800-20 SI, which are CAF resistant, high Tg materials, have low Z-axis expansion and are compatible with lead-free assembly processing. N4800-20 and N4800-20 SI have UL 94V-0 designations, meet IPC-101/29 specifications and are RoHS compliant.

N4800-20 SI, which utilizes Park’s Signal Integrity (“SI®”)electronic material products technology, is designed for high frequency and low loss applications which require enhanced signal integrity performance.
