BRISTOL, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE: B), a diversified global manufacturer and logistical services company, today announced classification for cash distributions for the 2011 calendar year to assist its stockholders in their tax planning. Cash distributions during 2011 are anticipated to be wholly classified as an ordinary dividend distribution.
