(NYSE: CIR), a leading provider of valves and other highly engineered products for the industrial, aerospace and energy markets, today announced that a subsidiary of its Energy business, Válvulas S.F. Indústria e Comércio Ltda. ("SF Valves"), received the Market Share Leadership Award for Industrial Valves in the Sugarcane & Ethanol Sector from Frost & Sullivan. SF Valves, a Brazil-based manufacturer of valves for the energy market, was acquired by CIRCOR in February 2011 and enables the Company to significantly increase its presence in the large and growing Brazilian energy market.
