Holiday Hypermarket: Mancunian Travellers Seek Out Holidays in Cancun

Data collected by Holiday Hypermarket showed that the Mexican region is the most popular with Mancunian travellers, accounting for a large percentage of overall bookings.

Over 400 flights carrying Holiday Hypermarket travellers left from Manchester airport in the first three weeks of January 2012 and flights to Cancun accounted for 7 per cent of the total. Holidays to Tenerife were its nearest contender but slightly less popular, amounting to 5 per cent of bookings.
