Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ: RJET), today reported
preliminary passenger traffic results for December 2007. The company
generated 737.6 million revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a 32.1%
increase over the same month last year, while available seat miles
(ASMs) increased 32.9% to 1.1 billion. Block hours were 63,064 in
December 2007, a 29.5% increase over December 2006. Load factor was
69.3% versus 69.7% in December 2006. A total of 1,601,032 passengers
were carried during the month, a 50.4% increase over the same month
last year.

Republic Airways Holdings, based in Indianapolis, Indiana is an
airline holding company that owns Chautauqua Airlines, Republic
Airlines and Shuttle America. The airlines offer scheduled passenger
service on over 1,200 flights daily to 119 cities in 38 states,
Canada, Mexico, Jamaica and the US Virgin Islands through airline
services agreements with six U.S. airlines. All of the airlines'
flights are operated under their airline partner brand, such as
AmericanConnection, Continental Express, Delta Connection, Frontier
Airlines, United Express and US Airways Express. The airlines
currently employ approximately 4,700 aviation professionals and
operate 219 regional jets.
