SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SKGT) Board of
Directors has announced today that Sierra Pacific Aviation Inc. signed
an agreement with Northstate Aviation LLC to provide contract crew
services and to be the exclusive training agent for Northstate pilots.
Northstate will be operating Cirrus aircraft for air taxi operations
similar to the proven SATSAir model that was developed on the east
coast. The service is operated just like a limousine service where the
customer calls for a pick up and/or drop off and simply pays for the
Hobbs meter time at predetermined rates. Northstate will originally
introduce this new concept in the San Diego area with plans to expand
throughout the Southwest US. States Richard Rauser, the founder of
Northstate Aviation, "Sierra Pacific's Cirrus Training Center and
their expertise in Part 135 air charter operations with Cirrus
aircraft were the key factors in Northstate's decision."
"Northstate is focusing on the Single Engine air taxi model, and
if the results of other operators using Cirrus aircraft are any
indication, we hope to expand into other markets by July, 2007,"
stated Ian Bowman, President of Atlas Oceanic, Northstate Aviation
LLC's parent corporation.
