Mercer Management Consulting is a global leader in consulting to
the Aviation sector. Its clients include many of the world's largest
air carriers and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) providers, as
well as the financial institutions, leasing companies, and suppliers
that support the industry.
Peter Walsh, Director of Mercer's global Aviation, Aerospace &
Defense practice, said: "The combined value proposition of CAVOK and
Mercer will be a unique differentiator in meeting the needs of our
Aviation and MRO clients around the world. Mercer's strategy and

while providing access to additional resources needed to address
emerging issues in aviation and, specifically, the MRO sector. This is
a win for our customers, our employees, and our shareholders."
