Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ:RJET), today reported
preliminary passenger traffic results for April 2007. The company
generated 682.7 million revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a 26.1%
increase over the same month last year, while available seat miles
(ASMs) increased to 896.4 million, a 24.4% increase. Block hours were
53,389 in April 2007, a 22.6% increase over April 2006. Load factor
was 76.2% versus 75.1% in April 2006. A total of 1,286,533 passengers
were carried during the month, a 26.0% increase over the same month
last year.

Republic Airways Holdings, based in Indianapolis, Indiana is an
airline holding company that owns Chautauqua Airlines, Republic
Airlines and Shuttle America. The airlines offer scheduled passenger
service on approximately 1,100 flights daily to 109 cities in 38
states, Canada, Jamaica and the Bahamas through airline services
agreements with six U.S. airlines. All of the airlines' flights are
operated under their airline partner brand, such as
AmericanConnection, Delta Connection, United Express, US Airways
Express, Continental Express and Frontier Airlines. The airlines
currently employ approximately 4,100 aviation professionals and
operate 195 regional jets.
