Avantair, Inc. (OTCBB:AAIR)(OTCBB:AAIRU)(OTCBB:AAIRW)
("Avantair"), the only publicly traded stand alone fractional
operator, will host a conference call to discuss financial results for
its fiscal third quarter ended March 31, 2007 on Tuesday, May 15, 2007
at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Avantair will announce its financial
results for this period in a press release after the market close on
Tuesday, May 15, 2007.
