Sentient Flight Group (Sentient), one of the nation's premier
full-service private aviation companies, today announced the
acquisition of Hawker Beechcraft Charter Management (HBCM) from Hawker
Beechcraft Corporation. The acquisition of HBCM, based in Wichita,
Kansas, adds another regional operating base for Sentient and will
provide additional service and operational capabilities in the Midwest
region, including key markets such as Denver, Chicago and Aspen.
With the addition of HBCM's 22 jets, Sentient continues to build
the premier aircraft management business affording the company's
private jet customers access to an even larger fleet of aircraft
through its subsidiary operators.

further enhances our position as a leader in private aviation," said

HBCM, which will be renamed and operate as RACM, Inc., will be a
subsidiary company of Sentient Flight Group. RACM will continue to
offer aircraft management and aircraft charter services. As part of
the acquisition HBCM's management team, including General Manager Chad
Landes, will continue to oversee operations in Wichita.

As a part of the agreement, Sentient Flight Group and Hawker
Beechcraft Corporation will continue to work together. Going forward,
Sentient Flight Group will be the preferred provider of charter
services and aircraft management to Hawker Beechcraft Corporation.
