Qantas Airways' Aussie AirPass Sale Starts at Just US$850

There has never been a better time for Canadian travelers to plan an exciting trip to Australia. For a limited time, Qantas Airways is offering its popular Aussie AirPass at the lowest prices of the year for purchase through 30 June 2008. Fares starting at US$850 (plus taxes and fees) include international economy flights departing from Los Angeles, San Francisco or Honolulu to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, and up to three additional qualifying cities for travel between November 17-29, 2007, May 1-31, 2008 and August 1-31, 2008.

All Qantas Aussie AirPasses include round-trip economy class air transportation plus three qualifying cities within Australia for one low fare and are based on seasonality and zones for Canadian residents.

"This Aussie AirPass fare sale offers tremendous value for travelers from all over Canada who wish to escape to sunny Australia for the first time, or take advantage of the savings for a subsequent trip," said Wally R. Mariani, senior executive vice president, The Americas and Pacific, Qantas Airways. Choice of Australian cities in Zone 1 with the Aussie AirPass include the following popular destinations: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Gold Coast, Hobart, Launceston and Newcastle. Additional AirPass dates and cities are available at an additional cost.

All Qantas Airways transpacific flights include complimentary meals, bar service and personal seat-back TV screens in all classes, with endless on demand entertainment and game options featuring over 400 choices.
