SAS Slashes Fares for Winter Travel to Europe

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has launched a winter fare sale from the U.S. to more than 20 cities in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and the rest of Europe, for travel originating between January 7 and March 13, 2008.

Also at the SAS U.S. web site, visitors will find "Kiss a Scandinavian," three games that take place in the Scandinavian capital cities of Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. Users choose to play with a male or female Scandinavian and take part in such Scandinavian events as cross country skiing, saunas and a winter bike ride challenge. Players also can go on Scandinavian safaris and search for a whale, a moose and a mermaid.

SAS serves Copenhagen non-stop from New York (Newark), Chicago, Seattle and Washington, D.C., and Stockholm non-stop from New York (Newark) and Chicago, with convenient connections to cities throughout Scandinavia and Europe.
