Universal Travel Group Celebrates First Day of Trading on NYSE Amex

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--China-based Universal Travel Group today opened for trading on NYSE Amex under the ticker symbol “UTA.” Universal Travel Group is the fifth company to list on the NYSE Amex market in 2009, and the third Chinese company to list on NYSE Amex year-to-date.

The NYSE Amex market is NYSE Euronext’s U.S. platform for the listing and trading of domestic and international small-and mid-cap growth companies, with a roster of 430 listed companies.
