SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allison & Partners, one of the nation’s fastest growing public relations and public affairs firms, today announced Christopher Roe joining as the General Manager of its San Diego office.

Roe, an accomplished PR, marketing and branding executive with more than 20 years of crafting and managing media relations, investor relations and corporate communications strategies for Fortune 500 companies, joins Allison & Partners from strategic consulting and design firm Hellmuth Obata + Kassabaum, where he was Strategic Director of Business Development, Marketing & PR. His experience includes creating and managing global branding, public relations and investor relations initiatives for companies that include Boeing, Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods, BMW North America, Wynn Resorts, Microsoft, Nike and Alaska Airlines.

A few of Chris's notable assignments in his career include leading the rebranding of Sprite in 27 countries worldwide; creating and launching the global official sponsorship partnership of Sprite and the National Basketball Association; launching Microsoft’s Outlook and Internet Explorer products globally; leading the grand opening PR strategy for the Bellagio Hotel and Casino for MGM/Mirage; and playing a key role on the team that branded and managed the global marketing and PR strategy for the launch of the Boeing 777 aircraft with inaugural customer United Airlines.
