ORBIT to Showcase Innovative Aeronautical Telemetry Solutions at the International Telemetry Conference & Expo

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ORBIT Communication Systems, Inc., a provider of mission-critical connectivity solutions in a variety of markets, including satellite communications, tracking and telemetry, and communications management systems, will showcase its tracking and telemetry solutions at the International Telemetry Conference (ITC) & Expo. The premier forum and technical exhibition for telemetry professionals, students, and the industry's leading companies, ITC runs from October 24-27, and will be held in Las Vegas, NV.
At the conference, ORBIT will present a wide-ranging portfolio of aeronautical telemetry tracking antennas, including the company’s:
- Advanced AL-4000 Antenna Control Unit (ACU), an indoor unit designed to control overall tracking antenna motion, display position, and tracking of data
- A new L/S/C Tri-Band feed, which provides a state-of-the-art solution for simultaneous operation in multiple telemetry and satellite communication frequency bands
- An upgrade and refurbishment program for legacy telemetry systems.
ORBIT’s tracking and telemetry solutions address the communications needs of aircraft and missile flight test, space launchers, and unmanned air vehicles (UAVs). The solutions are designed for the most severe environmental conditions and support the high dynamics required for close range telemetry, including ground and maritime platforms.
