Republic Airways Reports November 2011 Traffic
INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ/NM: RJET), today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for November 2011. The Company generated 1.7 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), which was 2% higher than the same month last year, on a decrease in capacity of 2% at 2.0 billion available seat miles (ASMs). Block hours were 74,072 in November 2011, a decrease of 3% from November 2010. Consolidated load factor was 81% in November of 2011 versus 78% in the same month last year. Republic Airways carried 2.5 million passengers during the month, which was essentially unchanged from the same month last year.

Republic Airways Holdings, based in Indianapolis, Indiana is an airline holding company that owns Chautauqua Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Republic Airlines and Shuttle America, collectively “the airlines.” The airlines offer scheduled passenger service on nearly 1,500 flights daily to 132 cities in 42 states, The Bahamas, Canada, Costa Rica, Jamaica, and Mexico under branded operations at Frontier, and through fixed-fee airline services agreements with five major U.S. airlines.
