RS&H Announces CEO Transition Plans and Executive Appointments
JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RS&H, one of the nation’s leading facilities and infrastructure consulting firms whose client-centered program structure provides value-added solutions to clients around the world, today announced:

- Leerie T. Jenkins, Jr., the Company’s current Chairman and CEO, will transition out of the CEO position to focus on serving as Chairman of the Board, with the transition to be complete by July 31, 2012.
- Brian P. Reed, the Company’s current Senior Vice President and Director of the Aviation Program, will assume the position of CEO, also effective July 31, 2012.
- David Robertson, the Company’s current COO (Chief Operating Officer) has been appointed President and COO, effective immediately.
Jenkins is the longtime Chairman and CEO for RS&H. In his role as Chairman of the Board, he will continue his focus on the company’s ongoing strategic direction. Over the last 20 years, he, and his leadership team, led the growth of the firm from $20MM to $145MM in annual revenue. Today RS&H ranks among the top Engineering News-Record (ENR) firms in the country.
Mr. Brian P. Reed, Senior Vice President, Director of the Aviation Program and Board Member, will succeed Mr. Jenkins as CEO of the company. By July 31, 2012, Mr. Reed will complete his transition, assuming complete responsibility for day-to-day corporate leadership. As CEO, Mr. Reed will concentrate his focus on growth of the firm, while maintaining its current excellent client service.

David Robertson has been elected President to go along with his current title of Chief Operating Officer and will continue to provide oversight of the six Operating Programs and merger and acquisition activities. This promotion recognizes David for his key leadership and outstanding contributions to RS&H's success. Robertson joined RS&H in 1981 and previously served as Controller and Chief Financial Officer.
