Lire mon post ci-dessus.

--------------------- FOCUS Govt Interests, Not Hostile Bid Threat, Seen Behind EADS Golden Share Plan AFX-UK, 2007-08-28 PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Analysts don't think aerospace giant EADS will face a hostile takeover bid and say its move toward 'golden shares' for the French and German governments is really a way to protect their national interests if any shareholder wants to sell its stake to a buyer they deem undesirable. Sans doute vrai ! EADS chairman Rudiger Grube said earlier this week that it is 'a matter of protecting the group against a hostile offer.' EADS CEO Louis Gallois and an official of the German economy ministry have also backed the golden share plan. Oui, mais voir commentaire ci-après. ----------- 'EADS is already protected from takeovers. This is all about corporate governance,' according to ABN Amro analyst Sandy Morris. 'To protect the interests of French and German shareholders in the widest contexts they don't need big block shareholdings,' he said. Golden shares would let the governments prevent other shareholders from 'thinking they can twist EADS' arm,' Morris added.
