Bonjour, nago ! Si ! Vous et moi, ... nous nous en souvenons, ... parce que nous faisons souvent lecture des choses que nous avons écrites, pour "tester" leur pertinence actuelle, et rester dans l'axe de la pertinence nous-mêmes !  Mais on peut être content d'avoir apporté ce petit faisceau de lumière supplémentaire à loracle ! |

Alitalia has already received over 5bn in unlawful state aid, but the European Commission, as always in the case of flag carriers, turns a blind eye and does nothing. Without such illegal state aid, Alitalia which loses almost 1m a day would have gone bankrupt years ago. Speaking today, Ryanairs Jim Callaghan said: Alitalias latest 300m bailout makes a mockery of EU State Aid rules. Propping up an inefficient national airline, which would have gone bankrupt long ago is simply illegal. Continued unlawful subsidies are allowing Alitalia to ignore its debts and rack up losses with abandon. The European Commissions repeated failure to enforce its own State Aid rules in the case of Alitalia provides more evidence that it applies one set of rules for rule breaking flag carrier airlines but another discriminatory set of rules for Ryanair. The Commission has still failed to take any action on Ryanairs 3 year old state aid complaints about Alitalia, Air France, Lufthansa, Olympic and Volare however it is pursuing 7 baseless investigations about Ryanairs open pro competitive deals at tiny regional European airports. We are again today calling on the Commission to stop ignoring this state aid scandal and start applying end its own state aid and competition rules fairly. --------------- Voici le "panneau pubicitaire" de Ryanair, comme instrument 'Anti-State Aid"! Bien sûr, ceci est, aussi, le reflet identique de la plainte portée par Ryanair contre Alitalia, avec un revers de la main, hélas, factuel, contre les comportements et agissements, de la CE à l'égard 'Alitalia, ... et d'autres Cies. aériennes, notamment les "National Flag Carriers" (AF), en sourdine ! Cela est Ryanair ! Aussi, le non-dit dans cet 'énoncé' de la plainte est que, sauf erreur ou omission de ma part (votre commentaire, ...... ou rectification, nago, le cas échéant ? ), une partie de ces aides fut accordée pendant que R. PRODI était Commissaire et / ou Président de la CE. Nous savons tous que les décisions sur la validité ou non de l'octroi d'aides à un Etat Membre ou à ses Entreprises, sont collégiales, et que, de cette façon, le risque de conflit d'intérêt est étouffée (légitimement) et écarté. Juridiquement, il est hors de question que R. PRODI eût pu être mêlé à une question de conflit d'intérêt ! Mais Ryanair (et SB !) sait que, sur le plan de l'image, ceci est gênant ! Et l'opposition des Etats membres continue ! Finnair maintrenant ? D'autres encore ? SB a vraiment réussi son coup pour impliquer R. PRODI ! R. PRODI peut habiller 'son histoire' comme il veut ! Ce sont les Italiens qui jugent ; pas les Français qui n'aiment pas SB ! For Finnair President and CEO Jukka Hienonen, "The loan is yet another link in a chain of subsidies that has been going on for years whereby the Italian government, against the EU's explicit forbiddance, pumps money into an ailing national airline." He said this subsidy "will disappear into the gaping void of the airline's inefficient cost structure. The artificial resuscitation of a badly managed company distorts competition and the overcapacity that exists in Europe cannot dissolve naturally." Le pire, dans toute l'affaire quand même, c'est que les difficultés d'Alitalia ne remontent pas aux deux années Prodi mais bien avant... Or qui était aux affaires pendant quatre ans en Italie auparavant... un certain Monsieur Berlusconi, non? Remarque, il était certainement trop occupé à se faire voter des lois d'amnistie à cette époque là. |

Hey, .. ho ! Quid de la présomption d'innocence ? Il me semblait que c'était à la charge de la CE prouver qu'il s'agissait d'Aides Publiques ? La CE a le droit de faire venir des explications ! Mais, c'est à elle de prouver que les Aides sont "illégales" le cas échéant ! Pas au pays Membre de 'prouver son Innocence', non ? Cela fait déjà plusieurs années que Lufthansa s'implante sérieusement sur le marché italien par le biais de sa filiale Air Dolomiti. Pour la petite anecdote, une partie du terminal de l'aéroport de Munich est nommée "Little Italy". Du coup, l'intérêt de LHA serait-il de prendre le contrôle d'Alitalia ou plutôt de voir disparaître un concurrent? |

The flights will be operated by its subsidiary Air Dolomiti. "Milan and the Lombardy region are among the strongest and most important regions in Europe and have a high passenger volume," Lufthansa said in a statement. The number of Lufthansa flights out of Malpensa would rise to more than 300, it said. Lufthansa also flies out of Linate, near Milan. Malpensa airport operator SEA is looking for airlines to fill the gap being left by loss-making Alitalia, which decided to abandon Malpensa as a second hub and cut back 70 percent of its flights to cut costs and avoid bankruptcy. The move, begun in March, provoked an outcry from regional politicians fearing job losses, and from business leaders fearing a loss of direct intercontinental flights. It has also seen SEA file a lawsuit against Alitalia for EUR1.25 billion euros (USD$1.88 billion) in damages. Air France-KLM had supported Alitalia's cutbacks until it dropped its offer to buy the Italian airline in the face of union opposition. Sunday newspapers said a number of regional business leaders such as the chairman of Pirelli could be interested in taking part in an alternative bid for Alitalia, which is looking for a partner since Air France-KLM's withdrawal. Air One, a small, domestic rival to Alitalia which has also expressed interest in such a bid, is increasing the number of flights out of Malpensa with the aim of eventually becoming the airport's main airline. Bonsoir SEVRIEN Peut etre que PRODI fera encore un effort,et qu'il va faire voter un crédit pour SEA.Sait on jamais ??maintenant qu'il n'a plus a se justifier.(QUID de la présomption d'innocence )surtout que les syndicats d'ALITALIA travaillent le nez dans le guidon,mème pas le temps de s'exprimer dans les journaux. Je crois que ALITALIA va tomber ,le dépot de bilan n'est pas loin,personne n'aurait envie de reprendre ,aux vues de tout ce qui se passe,avec LHA et d'autres....mais ZURICH n'a pas trop bougè, pour l'instant ,pas ou peu d'auguementation de son trafic . |
