EMS Sky Connect Receives FAA Certification for Forté™ Product Line
TAKOMA PARK, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EMS Sky Connect, a division of EMS Technologies, Inc., announced today that its Forté in-flight phone has received a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) from the Federal Aviation Administration. The STC authorizes installation of the phone system on Gulfstream® G-IV aircraft. The Forté phone system delivers full in-flight functionality, including e-mail access, for less than $20,000.
