Dépèche transmise le 10 novembre 2009 par PRNewswire
ZURICH, November 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Joerg A. Boder has been appointed as Group Senior Vice President Human Resources of gategroup, the leading independent global provider of onboard products and services. He will replace Richard Wells, who is leaving gategroup at the end of 2009 to pursue opportunities outside the group.
Boder is currently Director of Group HR for Alliance Boots, the UK-based multinational healthcare business.
Joerg, a Swiss citizen, will be based in Zurich from Dec. 1 and will report to gategroup CEO Guy Dubois. He also will become a member of the group's Executive Management Team.
Boder joined Alliance Unichem plc prior to the merger with Boots and led the people agenda for the integration of the two businesses. He has substantial international HR experience having held senior roles with PepsiCo in Budapest and AT&T in the Czech Republic. His earlier career in HR in Switzerland included roles with Swisscom and Credit Suisse.
"I would like to thank Richard for his contribution to the development of HR across gategroup since joining in late 2004. During that time we have made significant progress in our management of labor relations, performance management and development of talent," Dubois said.
