Neff Capital Looks to Finland for Cargo Start-Up

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--U.S.-based Neff Capital Management LLC, owned and managed by Brian Neff, is evaluating the start-up of a cargo company based in Finland. The new company would operate between Helsinki and international destinations. Finnair Cargo, a subsidiary to the Finnish national carrier, is potentially a minority shareholder in the new venture.
