Astronics Announces Webcast of the 2011 Annual Shareholder Meeting Management Presentation

EAST AURORA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Astronics Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRO), a leader in advanced, high performance lighting, electrical power and automated test systems for the global aerospace and defense industries, announced today that it will webcast the management presentation portion of its 2011 annual shareholders’ meeting on Thursday, May 5, 2011, at approximately 10:00 a.m. ET.

The webcast will begin immediately following the business segment of the shareholders’ meeting. During the management presentation, Peter J. Gundermann, President and Chief Executive Officer, and David C. Burney, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss Astronics’ financial and business performance and strategy.
