UPS Aircraft Mechanics Ratify New Contract

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UPS (NYSE:UPS) aircraft mechanics represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters today ratified a new labor agreement that runs through Nov. 1, 2013.

The 1,136 members who voted ratified the contract by a wide margin, 69 percent to 31 percent. The contract covers 1,200 aircraft maintenance technicians and employees in related trades at UPS Airlines.
