ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LaBarge, Inc. (NYSE Amex: LB), a provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS), announced today that it plans to release its financial results for the fiscal 2011 third quarter before the market opens on May 5, 2011. Because LaBarge has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Ducommun Incorporated (NYSE: DCO), which was announced on April 4, 2011, the Company will not be holding an investor conference call to discuss its third-quarter results.
