Net revenues for the fourth quarter of 2011 increased 5% to $476,155,000as compared with $453,362,000 reported for the fourth quarter of 2010. Total revenues and operating income were $1,501,914,000and $155,064,000in 2011, as compared with $1,582,135,000 and $148,572,000 for the same quarter of 2010, a decrease of (5)% and an increase of 4%, respectively. CPI Aerostructures, Inc. today announced that it has received a purchase order from Goodrich Corporation (“Goodrich”) for the supply of aerospace structural assemblies. Work will begin immediately with first delivery scheduled for second quarter of 2013. All deliveries will occur prior to the end of 2013. This is the first contract awarded to CPI Aero by Goodrich. In addition, for the first time, CPI Aero will have design authority for design modifications to the structure it is manufacturing. CPI Aero will utilize GKN Aerospace’s Engineering Development Center in Nashville, TN for the design and structural analysis portion of this program. The structural assemblies will be manufactured entirely by CPI Aero within its new, state-of-the-art production facility.
