The Board of Directors of Rockwell Collins has declared a quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share on its common stock, payable March 5, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 21, 2012. This release replaces the dividend release dated February 6, 2012. The record date has been changed from February 13 to February 21 to comply with NYSE rules.
