Triumph Group to Webcast Third Quarter Fiscal 2012 Earnings Conference Call

Triumph Group, Inc. will release third quarter fiscal year 2012 earnings on January 30, 2012, after the close of the market. Richard C. Ill, Triumph’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and David Kornblatt, Triumph’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call the following morning, January 31, 2012, at 8:30 a.m. ET. Frontier Airlines Reports December 2011 Traffic

Frontier Airlines, a subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ: RJET), today reported preliminary traffic results for December 2011. Frontier’s traffic increased 7%, to 1.0 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), while capacity was flat, at 1.2 billion available seat miles (ASMs). Frontier Airlines served 1.2 million passengers in December, a 4% increase from December 2010. December had a load factor of 85% compared to 80% in the same month last year. It was Frontier’s sixth consecutive record monthly load factor.

Republic Airways Holdings , today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for December 2011. The Company generated 1.7 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), which was 3% higher than the same month last year, on an increase in capacity of 1% at 2.1 billion available seat miles (ASMs). Block hours were 77,732 in December 2011, a decrease of 2% from December 2010. Consolidated load factor was 79% in December of 2011 versus 76% in the same month last year. Republic Airways carried 2.5 million passengers during the month, which was 1% higher than the prior year.

Frontier Airlines today announced that it will add service between Knoxville, Tenn. (TYS) and Orlando, Fla. (MCO) to its route map. The new service will operate three days each week beginning March 15, 2012. With the new flights, Frontier will serve two destinations nonstop from Knoxville and seven destinations nonstop from Orlando.
