CACI International Inc announced today that William M. Fairl, President of U.S. Operations, has notified the company of his intention to retire effective September 1, 2012. Beginning January 1, 2012, in order to provide for an efficient and effective leadership transition to his successor, Mr. Fairl will assume the position of Chief Development Officer while the company’s current Chief Operating Officer, Daniel D. Allen, will assume the role of President of U.S. Operations. Mr. Fairl and Mr. Allen will report directly to Paul M. Cofoni, President and Chief Executive Officer.
