Frontier Airlines Extends Its Low-Fare, High-Value Service: Nonstop Denver-Rockford Flights Launch Dec. 15
Dépèche transmise le 12 décembre 2011 par Business Wire
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Frontier Airlines will expand the reach of its low-fare, high-value service on Dec. 15, when it launches nonstop service between Denver (DEN) and Rockford, Ill. (RFD).
“We’ve already seen a great response to this new service to Rockford, which is the second airport Frontier serves in Illinois”
The new service, which will operate three days each week, will be provided on 138-seat Airbus 319 aircraft – featuring available STRETCH seating with up to 7 inches of additional legroom and 24 channels of DirecTV® at every seat.
“We’ve already seen a great response to this new service to Rockford, which is the second airport Frontier serves in Illinois,” said Daniel Shurz, vice president of Strategy and Planning for Frontier. “We’ll be offering our great value service to Denver and beyond, and I’d like to remind everyone that our best deals are only available at FrontierAirlines.com.”
The airline known for providing better and different service will be the only carrier with nonstop flights on the route. Guests can make easy connections in Denver to and from a variety of destinations in the western United States, including Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Francisco and Seattle. Among Frontier’s unique offerings are its Classic and Classic Plus fares – available exclusively at FrontierAirlines.com – which provide customers with additional amenities, including two free checked bags, no-fee itinerary changes, no-charge or reduced fees to upgrade to STRETCH seating, and free DirecTV on Airbus flights.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony and water cannon salute at Chicago Rockford International Airport will precede the first flight out of Rockford this Friday, Dec. 16.
