The Catalina Hotel & Beach Club’s New Year’s Eve Party Gives Guests the Most Bang for Their Buck in South Beach
MIAMI BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga knows a thing or two about bringing the bling and this New Year’s Eve, she’s bringing her New Jersey brand of in-your-face glamour—and her husband, Joe Gorga—to The Catalina Hotel and Beach Club to ring in 2012 Miami Beach style.
This December 31st, The Catalina Hotel & Beach Club presents The Spam Allstars New Year 2012, featuring non-stop music and merriment from 8 p.m. through to 7 a.m. on New Year’s Day.
As part of the South Beach Group hotels, known for trendy hotels at affordable prices, The Catalina Hotel & Beach Club’s New Year’s Eve mantra is: More party, less attitude. Forget the velvet rope and the expensive cover charge for one measly glass of champagne—Catalina guests will be treated to a generous parade of food, drinks and live entertainment, all for just $95 per person.
Celebrity hosts Melissa and Joe Gorga will be joined by local sensations, The Spam All Stars, a Latin-funk-hip-hop-dub band known for keeping partygoers on their feet, and a lineup of DJs spinning until 7 a.m. DJ Halo will be serving up old-skool hip-hop in the Kung Fu Lounge; DJ Chris Video will spin ’80s grooves, pop and classic rock in Maxine’s Lounge; and DJ 1 MX will bring the house classics to Red Bar. Showgirls, synchronized swimmers and other performers will entertain and mingle with the crowd, elevating the carnival atmosphere of the year’s biggest night to epic proportions.
The decadence starts as soon as guests step in the door, with Catalina’s open bar featuring a vodka ice luge available from 8 p.m. to midnight. Guests can also enjoy a lavish supper buffet, raw bar, array of gourmet sushi and decadent desserts—and a Champagne toast at midnight will take revelers from 2011 into 2012.
Tickets are just $95 and can be purchased online at www.catalinasouthbeach.com/nye2012.
For those who won’t be satisfied just partying with the Gorgas – spend the weekend with them. Book a room at the Catalina over New Year’s Eve on www.catalinasouthbeach.com and use promo code “Gorga” for a 25% discount on your hotel stay and one complimentary ticket to the party. 3-night minimum stay required. Reservation must be booked by December 20th, 2011.
